An offer that is sent or shown to people whom you believe
are likely to be especially interested, based on other information.
Obviously the degree of targeting may vary.
For example:
- Targeted advertising
- Adverts sent or shown to people who are likely to be interested in your product or service. For example, subscribers to an ezine on a related topic.
- Targeted banner impressions
- Banners displayed to people who are likely to be interested in your product or service. For example, on related web sites.
- Targeted traffic
- Traffic sent to your web site which is people who are likely to be interested in your product or service.
